Dipaculao Police has recovered 2 Stolen Cattle in a Recent Crackdown

Bakang narekober ng Dipaculao PNPDIPACULAO, Aurora-The police recently busted three notorious cattle rustlers involved in the incident of cattle lifting in this municipality that resulted to the recovery of two heads of cow in brgy. Lobbot, Dipaculao, Aurora.

Police Inspector Myra Novilla, Officer in Charge of Dipaculao Police Station (DPS) said that around 11:42 in the morning, a farmer Diosdado Abalos y De Vera, 40 years old, married and resident of Brgy. Puangi, Dipaculao, Aurora personally appeared to her office and reported that two (2) cow described as female, colored brown and male, colored white were missing while pastured in a coconut plantation at Barangay Puangi.

A follow-up operation was immediately conducted by police authorities wherein the large cattle were seen along the national highway of Brgy. Lobbot, Dipaculao, Aurora loaded on a tricycle (kolong-kolong) Yamaha RS 100T with plate number RR 8659 being accosted by Brgy. Councilor Danilo Quizote Sr. and Barangay Tanod Gregorio Ventura of said barangay around 6:20 in the evening.

“Our policemen caught it on the possession and control of the driver, Jessie Olpindo y Haduca, 45 years old, large cattle buyer and seller together with Romeo Olpindo y Haduca, 54 years old, both married and both residents of Brgy. San Joaquin, Maria Aurora, Aurora wherein the two cattle were sold by Jay-R Sacramento y Simangan of Brgy. North Poblacion in this municipality,” Novilla said.

Said stolen large cattles were positively identified by Diosdado and necessary charges are now being prepared against the suspects to be submitted to the Aurora Provincial Prosecutor’s Office for inquest proceedings. (Jason de Asis)

Labi ng isa sa 44 na SAF, naihatid na sa Aurora

Ditumabo, San Luis, Aurora, kasapi ng Special Action Force (SAF) ng PNP na napatay sa Mamasapano Encounter.

Binigyan ng salubong pagkilala (heroes welcome) ng Aurora PNP Provincial Public Safety Company ang dumating na labi ng bayaning si Nacino.

Nag-alay naman ng isang awitin ang Tau Gamma Phi sa napatay na PNP SAF bilang pagkilala sa kabayanihan nito.

Samantala, nananawagan si Senador Sonny Angara sa kanyang kapwa mambabatas na aprubahan ang panukalang batas na magbibigay ng malawak na tulong pinansyal, scholarship at employment assistance sa pamilya ng mga alagad ng batas. Ginawa niya ito kaugnay sa nangyaring insidente sa Maguindanao kamakailan. (Jojo S. Libranda)

Drug Pusher Nabbed

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERADIPACULAO, Aurora-A 30-year-old suspected drug pusher was arrested yesterday afternoon in a joint buy-bust operation conducted by Aurora Provincial Police Intelligence Operatives, Dipaculao Police Municipal Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Task Group and in coordination with PDEA with control number 0215-00007 in Brgy. North Poblacion, Dipaculao, Aurora.

Arrested was Richard Cando Y’ Carandang, alias “Itchie”, of Brgy. South Poblacion, in this town.

Police Inspector Myra Novilla, OIC Chief of Police of Dipaculao Police Station said the arrest took place at 5:05 p.m. in the said place after receiving an information from a concerned citizen that a drug transaction is about to take place.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERANovilla said she immediately alerted her policemen who conducted surveillance and random checking about the report and the location of the drug pusher.

She also immediately organized a team where one of her policemen acted as a poseur buyer and was able to buy from the subject person and delivered/handed over to her.

“Our cops were able to seize and recover one (1) piece of heat sealed transparent sachet containing methamphetamine Hydrochloride commonly known as “SHABU” marked as MNL-1 weighing 0.0445 grams, one (1) piece of php 500 peso bill marked money bearing serial number PZ400226 and money amounting to Php 2,010.00 from the custody, control and possession of itchie,” Novilla said.

The suspect was placed under arrest and was appraised on his constitutional rights.

 “Itchie was under detention and was charged with violation of Section 5 (Sale, Trading, Administration, dispensation, Delivery, Distribution and Transportation of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and essential Chemicals), Section 11 (Illegal Possession of Illegal Drugs) and Section 15 (Illegal Using of Illegal Drugs) of Article II of Republic Act 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002,” she ended.
