DINGALAN, Aurora-Humigit-kumulang sa 50 bd. ft. na mga kahoy ang kinumpiska ng mga Coastguard sa bayang ito matapos na madiskubre ang nasabing mga kontrabando sa utos na rin ni CENRO Jimmy Aberin ng Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
Sinasabing itinaon ng gabi ang pagbiyahe ng mga kahoy lulan ng bangkang de motor na idinaong malapit sa pampang malapit sa Roro Port, sa brgy. Aplaya.
Kinumpirma naman ng DENR na walang kaukulang mga papeles ang mga kahoy na tinatayang nagkakahalaga ng 15 libong piso.
Sa imbestigasyon ng Multi- Sectoral Forest Protection Council galing umano ang mga kahoy sa Coastal area sa bayan ng San Luis, Aurora.
Nagbabala naman si Aberin na walang sisinuhin ang kanilang tanggapan sa oras na may masakote sa mga illegal na namumutol ng kahoy. (Nelvie Broncate)
